Client Responsibility
Clients engaging Vendo Digital’s services must provide accurate and up-to-date information relevant to their marketing campaigns. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that all content, materials, and data provided to Vendo Digital are compliant with applicable laws and regulations.
We shall not be hold responsible for any content that appears on your Website. You agree to protect and defend us against all claims that is rising on your Website. No link(s) should appear on any Website that may be interpreted as libelous, obscene or criminal, or which infringes, otherwise violates, or advocates the infringement or other violation of, any third party rights.
Clients are responsible for the payment of fees as outlined in the agreement between Vendo Digital and the client. Payments must be made in a timely manner as specified in the agreement. Failure to make payments may result in the suspension or termination of services.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms. By using our Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
Confidentiality and Limitation of Liability

Vendo Digital will make every reasonable effort to provide accurate and effective digital marketing services. However, we do not guarantee the success or outcome of any marketing campaign, nor do we assume any liability for any losses, damages, or expenses incurred by the client as a result of using our Service.
Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vendo Digital, its directors, employees, and affiliates, from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of or related to the client’s use of our Service or any violation of these Terms.
Termination Of Services
Either party may terminate the agreement between Vendo Digital and the client at any time, with or without cause, upon written notice. Upon termination, the client will be responsible for any outstanding fees owed for services rendered prior to termination.
Disclaimer
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of our Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Vendo Digital reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Any changes to these Terms will be effective immediately upon posting the revised version on our website. Continued use of our Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
