Call Tracking & Recordings
To help our clients understand and improve their marketing performance, we may use call tracking systems (for example, GoHighLevel, CallRail) or apps provided by our clients. These systems may record calls (audio) and collect call metadata (date, time, duration, caller number, campaign tag).
- Call recordings are stored automatically by the tracking provider
- Vendo Digital does not access or listen to the recordings unless necessary for a valid reason (for example, investigating a drop in conversions), and only with explicit permission from the relevant client.
- Call metadata (such as timestamps, call source, number, and duration) may be stored for up to 12 months and is used to generate performance reports and campaign insights.
- After the retention period, recordings and identifying data are deleted or anonymised so it cannot be traced back to individuals.
- We do not store recordings locally on our systems; all recordings remain within the call tracking platform.
Your Rights & Choices
If you placed a call to a business that uses Vendo Digital’s services and wish to request access to or deletion of any call data, please contact the business directly (i.e. our client). We act as a processor for that business and will assist them in fulfilling any such requests where required.
