To keep your project moving smoothly, we ask that all design feedback is left directly on the Figma design. This allows our designers to clearly understand your comments and make updates efficiently.
Follow the steps below to leave feedback 👇
Step 1: Open the Design Link
Click the Figma link shared with you via email. The link should look similar to the following: https://figmashort.link https://www.figma.com/proto/
Step 2: Switch to Comment Mode
In the top-left corner of the screen, click the 💬 Comment icon.
You will then be prompted to create an account to leave a comment, Once this is active, you’ll be able to click anywhere on the design to leave feedback.
Once you sign create an account, you’ll be able to click anywhere on the design to leave feedback.
Step 3: Click the Area You’re Commenting On
Click directly on the part of the design you want to comment on (for example: a heading, image, button, or section).
You can also drag an entire section when comment to highlight an area and leave feedback.
This helps us know exactly what you’re referring to.
Please try and give us as much detail as possible, you can attach images by using the image icon if you need to.
Step 4: Leave Clear, Specific Feedback
Type your comment into the comment box and click the Blue arrow
Helpful feedback examples:
- “Can we make this heading slightly larger?”
- “I prefer the wording from the previous version here.”
- “Could this section feel more minimal?”
- “Love this section — no changes needed 👍”
Try to avoid vague comments like:
- “Not sure about this”
- “Feels off”
If you’re unsure, explaining why always helps.
Step 5: Group Your Feedback (Important)
You’re entitled to two rounds of feedback, so please:
- Review the entire page
- Leave all comments in one go
This helps us make changes efficiently and avoid delays.
Step 6: Let Us Know When You’re Done
Once you’ve finished leaving feedback, simply reply to the email to let us know your comments are ready for review.
